This is Ruby and Jenna’s story. Jenna was Ruby’s best friend’s little
sister. Until she wasn’t that little
girl anymore. They’ve been married for
awhile now and have three kids.
I love the flash backs we get while reading this.
They have hit a rocky patch in their marriage. They’re missing their fire and passion. There is a lack of communication also.
Jenna has lost herself to her marriage, their kids, and her
job. This happens so easily.
This happens in the majority of marriages I believe. I know that there have been times I feel like
I’m stuck in a groundhogs day myself.
We’’ve been married almost eleven years, have two wonderful kids. The youngest being four months old. And I’m a stay at home mom. But we communicate about how we feel.
Personally, I can understand exactly how both Ruby and Jenna
both feel.
I love both of these characters. They love each other so much.
They need to fight to get back what they some how lost.
