This is the fourth book in the Open Road series.  They are all stand alones.  We do see the previous couples in this book.

This is Arrow and Annie's story.

I like both characters and I do like them together. Their connection felt a little fast and forced at the start.

Annie hires Arrow to figure out who is leaving her notes.

I had an idea who was behind the notes.  I was right on that part, but wrong on the reason behind it. 

This is a good read.
