Title: #MomFail
Authors: Various
Genre: Comedy Anthology
Release Date: July 25, 2017
Blurb
Everyone just stop for one bleeping minute so we can all get
real with each other. Being a mom is some tough $#!†. You're constantly wearing
questionable substances that make you ask, "is this chocolate or ... oh,
crap ..." and your purse is merely a receptacle for three-week-old snacks
and broken crayons.
Let's be honest ... even when we're doing this “mom” thing right, we're somehow doing it completely wrong.
Pardon us while we dust off our collective Mother of the Year trophy and proudly present you with an epic anthology of #MOMFAILS.
*Stories inspired by real life (unless you’re a cop, then it’s all complete fiction). Names and situations have been changed to protect the guilty (and by guilty, we mean the moms). Because motherhood is a battlefield and we're all just trying to survive by any means necessary.
Featuring this amazing lineup: Alissa York, A.M. Willard, BL Berry, Carina Adams, Claudia Burgoa, Crystal Burnette, Dylan Allen, Faith Andrews, Gia Riley, J.A. DeRouen, Kate Anslinger, Leddy Harper, LK Collins, LL Collins, Marie James, Piper Rayne, Riann C. Miller, Shari J. Ryan, Stephanie Rose, Stephie Walls, SM West, TL Swan, Teresa Michaels, and foreword written by: Nicole Kane Knepper

Praise for #MomFail
This is a great, and funny anthology. I think every mom can relate to these
fails. Today, for me, has been a day
from hell. I’ve thought, so many times
today, that my kids are assholes. Don’t
get me wrong, I love them to pieces and wouldn’t trade them for the world. I’m blessed to be able to be a stay at home
mom, but somedays, yea.
While reading this, during the day from hell, I don’t feel
as big of a failure.
These stories will have you laughing.
Usually with anthologies, I write a review for each
story/book. But there are 24 stories and
they are all really short. Plus, my 1
year old is trying to flip over the back of the couch and has flung poop at me
twice, so I just didn’t have the time to do that. I’m sure these authors will understand. Plus my 8 year old is too busy with youtube
videos to help me out unless I beg her.
I’m picking my battles today.
The stories I loved the most are:
1.)
What’s That Smell by Shari J Ryan
2.)
Afternoon Delight by B.L. Berry
3.)
Winging it by Marie James
Winging it is also the one I relate to the most. I’m also a military wife, so I know all about
Murphy’s Law while your husband is deployed.
Or how they send dirty emails and want you to reply back to them with
dirty things. They just don’t get you
can’t because you’ve been shit on, literally, 5 times that day, puked on, and
told numerous times “I want my daddy!”
But, even though today is the day from hell, I have 2
beautiful, happy, smart, well adjusted brats.
“Children, while absolutely adorable and loveable and funny,
are really little assholes underneath it all.”
-Afternoon Delight by B.L. Berry
"Enjoy this book. It's a f*cking winner." - Nicole

"This is the best anthology I have ever read." -
Julie, Goodreads User
"You DO NOT need to be a mom to appreciate these
hilarious, real life stories. The only babies I have are furbabies but that
didn't stop me from loving and laughing at the moments these amazing women have
chosen to share with us. There are so many great stories in this compilation
that I couldn't even tell you which one is my favorite." - Between The
Lines Book Blog
"I read three stories ... and let me tell you they were
absolutely hilarious, I'm still laughing." - Holly, Goodreads User
"A great anthology filled with funny mom short stories.
Being a parent is always an adventure and although these stories may or may not
be true, I can vividly see them happen in real life." - Kristie, Book
Boyfriend Boutique
"It doesn't matter if you are a new mom or a seasoned
mom this book is for you! I laughed, cried (sympathetically, of course) and
cringed as some hit a little close to home." - Shawn, Goodreads User
